“Mark Pearl assisted me in setting up my first co-mingled discretionary real estate investment fund in 2010. In addition to drafting all the documents related to the fund, he provided sound business advice. I would recommend Mark highly to other investment professionals who are launching new funds or ventures. The fund that Mark helped me to launch has become the cornerstone of my track record as an investment manager and Mark is one of a small number of people who played a vital role in helping me get it off the ground."
