Trademark Litigation- FLP represents both plaintiffs and defendants in trademark disputes and related litigation.

Antitrust Litigation - From petroleum products to French fries, from claims of bid rigging to price-fixing, FLP represents plaintiffs and defendants in multi-million dollar antitrust litigation.

Real Estate Litigation - FLP represents plaintiffs and defendants in a wide variety of real estate disputes, including disputes over purchase and sale agreements, allegations of fraud, and environmental issues.

Trade Secrets Litigation - FLP represents both employers and former employees in cases involving the alleged theft of trade secrets.
